2014 September Delegation
Twenty-four delegates from Tulancingo visited Pleasanton, September 23-29, 2014. The Special guests that year were Tulancingo Mayor (Presidente) Julio Cesar Soto and his wife Victoria.

The delegation spent a full day hosted by the City of Pleasanton and met with City Manager Nelson Fialho and City departments from Operations, Fire, Police, and Planning. Other events included the Museum on Main Fundraiser, a visit to Rosie the Riveter National Park, and a tour of the new Levi Stadium.
